Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the BDM to develop strategies for recruiting Corporate Associates (CAs).
• Identify and onboard high-performing candidates to build a robust team
• Provide initial guidance and support to newly recruited CAs.
• Maintain regular communication with the BDM to align recruitment goals with organizational objectives.
• Track and report the performance of recruited CAs to ensure team productivity.
• Work towards achieving monthly recruitment targets.
• Act as a mentor to the team by addressing their concerns and motivating them to excel in their roles.

• Proven experience in team management, recruitment, or sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
