Key responsibilities

• Manage holiday package inventory (flights, hotels, tours, etc.).
• Analyze demand forecasts and adjust inventory accordingly.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor inventory costs and optimize pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to promote holiday packages.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, travel, or hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with travel industry software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
• Knowledge of GDS systems.
• Certification in inventory management or supply chain management.
