Job Description
We're looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition,
employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage performance management systems, including goal-setting and evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs.
- Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for business decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Desirable Skills
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of talent management software.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR).
